To process the cancelation of your current plan, please follow the guide below.
- Sign in with your account here: https://test.app.identitydefense.com/sign-in. You can follow the steps in this article for help signing in
- Once signed in click on My Account, in the upper left corner of the page.
- A new page should appear. On the left side of the My Account page, kindly click on Billing & Subscription.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- You should see this screen. Click on Continue.
