Resetting your password

To reset your password, please follow the guide below. 

  1. Open this link, https://test.app.identitydefense.com/sign-in, and click on the Forgot your password? link

  2. Kindly enter your Username in the succeeding screen and click on the Submit button.

  3. You should receive an email to reset and update your password. Follow the steps in the email and you should be able to get your password reset.
